Baton Twirling Beginner through intermediate levels, ages 5 and up. Baton is a great way to develop balance, hand-eye coordination and build teamwork skills! Instructor Ms. Deanna has batons.

Chi Yoga Ed Rickman will lead these two classes through a combination of yoga, for balance and flexibility; and the breathing and graceful movement of the ancient Chinese system of Qi Gong for energy and grace. Props, mats, blocks, straps, and chairs are utilized in order to maximize stretches and increase balance and strength. Wonderful for any age or athletic ability. Wear loose fitting clothing and avoid eating prior to class. Bring a mat.
