Basic Aikido All Classes will be held at New School Aikido 1010 W. Fremont Street. Aikido shows you how spontaneous response and natural movement makes self defense easy, safe and injury free. The art proposes a type of mind/body physics that leaves out speculation and drama but they may be added later for fun. The basic approach teaches you to move to places of safety and ease, redirect the negative, build your internal strength and be open to fresh ways to get things done.
