This etiquette and manners workshop will benefit teens in leadership positions or teens who just want to reinforce professional communication skills. Teens will be able to identify exactly what, why and which mannerly people skills are expected and respected when fulfilling leadership responsibilities in school/college, in community service situations or in business.  Mannerly tips and etiquette techniques to make successful persuasive impressions including during interviews will be extensively covered, as well as, meeting etiquette. In addition, time will be included to practice the skills necessary to feel more comfortable handling difficult or rude communication situations.
