Follow the steps with each link to compute your
Utility fees*:

For water - first determine the water service provider for your location. 

                            Type your address here

Water Connection Fees - one time charge at original connection to the water system.

Water Monthly User Fees - monthly usage charge for water users. 

Surface Water Fees - charged as part of a building permit when a structure is to be built on the property.

For Sewer or Stormwater follow the links below:

Sewer Connection Fees - one time charge at original connection to the sewer system

Sewer Monthly User Fees - monthly user fee for all open water accounts with discharge
                                        into the City of Stockton sanitary sewer system.

Stormwater Monthly User Fees - monthly charge for all parcels contributing to
                                                stormwater runoff.
