Street Signs & Markings
All traffic control devices, including regulatory signs, parking signs, and street name signs, are maintained by the Traffic Control Devices Section. This section is also responsible for the maintenance of center-line and lane-line striping, crosswalks, other pavement markings, legends, and arrows. Red, green, and yellow-painted curbs are also maintained by this section. The Traffic Control Devices Section maintains, repairs and installs street signs and pavement striping and markings. Determinations for whether signs and markings should be installed or removed is determined by the Public Works Traffic Engineering Division.
If you need to report a missing or damaged sign, faded striping, or faded curb paint, please call the Municipal Service Center or submit a service request for Sign Maintenance or Traffic Striping Maintenance.
If you wish to request the installation or removal of stop signs, street signs, parking signs, or pavement markings, please contact the Traffic Engineering Division.
