Open Enrollment - Full Time

Open Enrollment for City employees occurs mid-April through May of every year. Changes submitted become effective July 1, which is the first day of the fiscal year. 

 

During the Open Enrollment period, all full-time employees are required to submit a Health Insurance Enrollment/Change Form.
