Seniors

Senior centers offer active adults a variety of programs including dance, exercise, special celebrations, card games, billiards, and travel.  Free social and support services available to seniors 50+ years of age.

 

Classes and Activities 

The City's local community centers also offer an array of senior classes and activities staffed by volunteers.  Volunteers are always appreciated.  Share your expertise with fellow seniors and volunteers.

Upcoming Special Events 

Senior Luncheon & Bingo

Enjoy lunch and bingo at the Oak Park Senior Center in the Social Room held the third Friday of every month at 12:00 p.m. for only $7.00; tickets must be purchased in advance.  

 

Recreation Tuesdays

Are you interested in playing Ping-Pong?  Does Wii bowling sound like fun?  Now on Tuesdays enjoy Ping-Png and Wii bowling at the Oak Park Senior Center in the Social Hall at 2:30 p.m. 

 

Classic Movie Fridays

The Oak Park Senior Center presents Classic Movie Fridays the 1st and 4th Friday of every month at 1:00 p.m.  Upcoming showings listed below.

Free Senior Haircuts

The Oak Park Senior Center presents free haircuts to seniors the last Wednesday of each month from 10:40 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., by appointment only.  Sign up now!

Senior Dance

Enjoy the music and dance at the Oak Park Senior Center every Thursday from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. Members entry fee is only $3 and $4 for non-members.

 

Farmer's Market

City of Stockton Community Service Department,  Emergency Food Bank, and San Joaquin Food Services offers a mobile Farmer's Market with local, fresh produce at one of your local neighborhood community centers.  Limited amount available.
