Parcel Maps

Parcel Maps are generally prepared in conformance with an approved Tentative Parcel Map, consistent with the requirements of the Subdivision Map Act, for the subdivision of any unit or portion of land shown on the latest equalized San Joaquin County assessment roll as a unit or contiguous units, for the purpose of sale, lease or financing, whether immediate or future. A Parcel Map shall be filed and approved to complete the subdivision process for a subdivision of four or fewer parcels. Parcel Maps shall be in compliance with the Stockton Municipal Code requirements for preparation, filing, approval and recordation.
