An application for a Certificate of Appropriateness - including plans, specifications and photographs, as required on the the application, showing the proposed change in architectural appearance, texture of materials, and the proposed architectural design of the structure - must be completed and filed, with any applicable fee, with the Community Development Department. It is the responsibility of the applicant to provide evidence in support of the findings required by the Stockton Municipal Code.
Application Review Procedures
Each application will be reviewed by the Director to ensure that the application is consistent with the purpose and intent of this chapter. The application will be transmitted to the Cultural Heritage Board for evaluation and written recommendation.
