A Story Of Fashion Event

Join us for the 11th Annual A Story of Fashion on Friday evening, May 4, at 7 pm outdoors on the Delta College Campus.

This exciting fashion show will feature student designers showcasing their design collections in a live fashion show. Dressing over 40 models, professionally made-up and styled, the designers meet the challenge to present the best of their creative design ideas.Each designer brings various life inspirations: from Bee Keeping to Lolita fashion, from 18th century to the 1980s!.

This fabulous event has been put together over a course of four months by the Fashion Program’s Event Production class... recruiting models, makeup artists, hair stylists, music, photographers, refreshments and donations while collaborating for the overall idea, choreography, presentation and marketing.

The public will have a rare opportunity to enjoy the creativity and talent of the local, upcoming generation of designers and producers at this event.

Design On Display

Join us on Friday, May 4, for DESIGN ON DISPLAY, a showcase of talent from students in the Fashion and Interior Design Programs at San Joaquin Delta College

The event is being held from 10am to 7pm in Danner Hall on the SJDC Campus.

This event features exhibits of fashion design, fashion illustration, marketing, retailing, textile design, visual merchandising, residential and commercial interior design, and eco fashion design. Demonstrations including live fashion sketching, textile weaving, 3D interior design, and 3D store design and merchandising will take place throughout the day.
