Cannabis Policy Community Meetings

The City of Stockton Community Development Department will host two community meetings to gather ideas, needs and concerns about local policies and ordinances to address state law that allows adults to legally purchase and use cannabis in California.

Community Cannabis Listening Sessions, Wednesday, July 18, 2018

- 2:00 – 4:00 p.m., Weston Ranch Library, 1453 W. French Camp Road, or

- 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., Cesar Chavez Central Library, 605 N. El Dorado St.

The same information will be discussed at both meetings.

Representatives from the City’s Community Development Department will share status and information about Stockton’s current ordinances, state law, and community discussion and sharing of ideas about best to update local policies and ordinances.

Full Moon Riders

This is the fourth season of the popular Full Moon Riders! Bring your bicycle and join us for casual evening rides along the Downtown Stockton historic waterfront.

The riders meet May - October on a full moon night in front of the downtown cinema, generally following a different route each month.

After the ride, they meet at one of the participating downtown restaurants. Free registration starts at 5:15 in the Janet Leigh Plaza.

Free swag for the registered riders while supplies last is sponsored by DSA, ACE and San Joaquin RTD.

Ride schedule, 6 pm - 8 pm:

Fri, July 27 - Buck Moon - led by the HUB Bike blessing, featured restaurant: TBA

Sun, Aug 26 - Sturgeon Moon - led by Robbys Bicycles Swim Ride, featured restaurant: Thai Thai
