Friday, April 17, 6:30pm-7:30pm:

Introductory class: Prospective rowers experience instructor lecture, personal testimonials, opportunities to practice the rowing stroke on the erg machine, and QA about the landwater event the following day.

Saturday, April 18, 8:30am-2pm:

Land and water event: Prospective rowers explore the boats, practice the rowing stroke on the water, and row with a mixed crew of veteran rowers and learn to row participants.

*$75 cost is all inclusive and covers coaching fees, equipment rental, lunch, and remainder of practices for the month of April.

Earth Day Festival for Stockton and San Joaquin County

The theme “Bee Aware will be the focus of interactive booths, demos, displays, and exhibits. Local schools and environmental organizations will teach how to better take care of our Earth with a variety of hands-on activities.

Community agencies will help us live a healthier, positive life, and green businesses will assist attendees in making changes to their home and workplace.

Over 100 vendors will fill Victory Park, including some great food vendors.

Plus, join us for yoga in the park, local music and entertainment, and fun learning activities like Passport Earth. A fun day for kids and families.
