Biography
Councilmember Brando Villapudua is serving his first term on the Stockton City Council, representing District 5 beginning January 2023. Councilmember Villapudua has served as the Stockton Planning Commissioner for the past two years, appointed by Mayor Kevin Lincoln as the At-Large representative.
He is a lifelong Stocktonian and father dedicated to serving the community by fostering a healthy and strong community, providing employment and business development opportunities, and creating a safe environment for raising a family.
