Business License Fees for
General Contractors and Developers

Section 6-034.1(a) of the Stockton Municipal Code covers General Contractors.

This business license requires that the applicant possess a valid State of California Contractors License prior to the issuance of a City of Stockton Business License.

The fee is calculated based on 1/2 of 1 mill for each dollar of gross receipts (.0005)
